While looking for references to independently validate some oral history
about the company, I stumbled across this item from the Northwestern Reporter,
as digitized by Google. It is a case of George Gorton Machine Co. vs. Grignon,
and it got all the way to the Supreme Court of Minnesota, July 6, 1917.
