Model 10-B Horizontal Planer
The Model 10-B Planer was a dual-head planer, with an 8' bed.
[For those wondering what a 'planer' is, think of it as a large wood plane,
except that the tool head is fixed, and the stock to be scraped/planed
is moved underneath those heads. These were phased out in favor of
Milling machines, as the rotating cutter in a mill would allow
material removal when the bed is travelling in both directions (unlike a planer)]
The company phased this product line out prior to 1924.
