- Vice-President: C.C.Gittings (also of Racine)
- Secretary: J.H.Tausch (of Waukegan)
- Treasurer: W.D.Whyte (of Waukegan)
- General Manager: W.D.Whyte (of Waukegan)
- Superindentent: J.H.Tausch (of Waukegan)
And their pay: W.D.Whyte earned $35.00 per week; J.H.Tausch earned $25.00
per week.
